# Adding Special Item and All Controls map

First thing I noticed is that when I add a special item like text or an image, it does not show up on the all controls map. If I go to all controls is not there.

I’m not sure I know what you mean here. Can you give a full step-by-step of what you are seeing, along with which platform (Windows/Mac/Linux)?

I am using the new Mac version. If I add a special item to the map, such as an image or text, it will show up on every course I have created except the all controls course. If I go into the menu item there is no option to select the All Controls map.
